After binding wechat, all informations sent to the public account, including pictures, audios and text, will be saved in wechat file in OnceDoc skydrive automatically. The other side can be informed through email or public account (wechat recognization necessary). Communication between enterprise members can take place in public account with no restriction on participant number and traceable chat record.
