You could initiate pre-sale support workflow for the clients' consulting emails, start bug processing workflow for pictures or videos, also you could add new workflow or modify current workflows.

Users with administrator rights could build new or edit current workflows for concrete application circumstances.
After building the workflow, the usager could created and assign tasks based in that. Tasks are set as related with certain file or folder.
Users, who are assigned with tasks, could look up the tasks in "my task" and can carry out operations like, add records, change status and transfer to others, etc.
When the user is assigned with task or the participated task is updated, the task update email will be sent to the mailbox.
